Sands Surveying did a great job with my elevation survey. Promptly provided a quote, completed the surveying within a couple days, and had the report ready in a week. I also used them to submit forms to FEMA and they did a great job with that. Couldn't be happier with the results of working with Sands Surveying.

Such an amazing experience. Spoke with Sheryl she walked me through exactly what I would need, they were at my house within a week to do a Survey for Refinancing. Took less than 2 hours, my Survey was emailed to me within 24 hours. Very professional, courteous and fast. Also, very affordable compared to all the other Survey companies I contacted. All the others wanted double or triple what Sands wanted and were several weeks. If you need a seamless experience while Refinancing, look no further.

Hired this company to do a boundary survey of my property. They used little temporary construction flags to mark the corners. Landscapers ran over one before I ever seen it. Emailed & asked them to come back & use survey markers. No response. Guess I can dig up the corner & find the real surveyors marker done years ago. Should have done that to begin with & saved myself time & money.

I’m so happy I found Sands Surveying. They not only got my form board survey done in less than a week, but had my report done the next day. Sheryl was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.
