I spoke to an employee here today who was extremely rude and not at all helpful. She seemed to be on a power trip. I had called last year and there was a misunderstanding. I was waiting to hear from some legal representation that had absolutely nothing to do with a consumer proposal. I accidentally thought who called from Sands was a legal representative and asked about how I could get help me with the legal issues I was having.
