I can't recommend this physiotherapist highly enough! I came in struggling with persistent tennis elbow that was affecting my daily activities. They provided a thorough assessment, clearly explained the issue, and developed a targeted treatment plan that really worked. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring - my tennis elbow is now completely manageable thanks to their excellent care.
My son was seen by Kevin for an injury to his hand. Kevin was great with a caring and professional manner. His after care was also excellent, providing me with follow up videos to show how to tape the injury for sport. I would highly recommend him.
Michael had the bedside manner of a walrus. As told my story of severe neck pain he couldn’t care less and I caught him rolling his eyes even. He couldn’t wait for it to end and soon into it neither could I. The whole experience made me feel so uncomfortable I never went back after the initial consultation
I cannot rate this place high enough! Was totally blown away by my first contact with receptionist Linda who booked me in swiftly, looking after my every need and query. I was further impressed on attending my first consult with physio Andy Chen, who was friendly, professional and assisted with my every concern. However, a special note must go to receptionist Indi who was INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, patient and compassionate with me. If there were more "Indi's" in the world, it would be a better place!
