I was a referral from a Family friend who did business with this company. Was told that they are professional, and I should give them a shot. I would soon regret that decision when 5 months later I am notified that a refund will not be issued due to a error on the 1040. The company blamed the "Very Expensive" software and that if I would have given them POA they would have fixed the problem. It is unfortunate that this client chose not to go through the proper channels when dealing with the IRS. Once we are allowed to speak to the IRS by the client signing a power of attorney, most issues can be cleared up within a few months.

Requested a consultation for potential overseas job opportunity. Was never notified of a fee for service. I understand people don't work for free but transparency should be utilized for any potential incurring of fees. Ms. Spencer was unorganized at best and merely put numbers into a 1040 format program with no recommendations or explanation which was the purpose of the consult. All consultations are billed at current hourly rates. Based upon the multiple calculations I made, the gentleman received the answers he was looking for by the time he left my office. He has written this negative review over a $150 invoice that he has never paid. This is the first negative review I have ever received. Please feel free to google me.
