We recently purchased a condominium on the North Fork and my partner and I used Sandra Saiegh as our attorney. Sandra was wonderful!! She patiently answered all our questions (especially mine!) and provided us with all necessary documents in a professional and timely manner. We attended our "closing" in person and it was a pleasure to meet Sandra. She is warm, well prepared and a total delight to work with!! It was a pleasure working with Sandra. We are so lucky that Dave Kapell recommended her to us! Sandra is a consummate professional, patient, calm and extremely knowledgeable. As new comers to the North Fork, Sandra guided us throughout an arduous process.She always returns calls and emails immediately.
