My case was transferred to another attorney without my consent or letting me know. I called for an update and was surprised that Sandra was no longer there. The worst of all is not no one is available to pick up your call in order for you to make an appointment. Therefore when you show up without appointment, get ready to cancel all your other appointments and wait until someone notice you in the waiting area which is full with no more place to wait.
