Russ is an amazing landlord. He is so polite and always check in on us and our family. Best landlord in indianola. Our Ac broke last summer he had a person there that day.
Inquired and applied for an apartment. As soon as Russ found out I had a teenage daughter it was basically over. If you only want to rent to senior citizens, please don't waste people's time. I feel extremely discriminated against and my time wasted. He assumed because I'm a single mom with a teenager that she would be loud and disrupt other residents.
