I was dealing with difficult and needy tenants who thought they knew the law and were very aggressive and threatening towards me even though I was pulling out all the stops to resolve any issues they brought up in an amicable manner. We hired Marco and his team to deal with a very difficult tenant. They were fairly priced, professional, and most importantly got the tenant out! I highly recommend giving them a call if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of an eviction!
Marco and his team are are responsive and empathetic to a landlord‘s concerns and delays evicting a tenant. I highly recommend them to handle this for you because navigating the court can be a tricky process
Googled, “Tenants Rights Lawyer” Sandonato Law came up. Immediately called. The lady on intake asked if I’m the tenant and immediately referred me to Greater Boston Legal Services, which happened to be closed. Not helpful.
