I received a bill for$270 some odd dollars from these people when I had never had anything to do with them. Surrounding circumstances led me to believe it was harassment. My opinion is that they must be petty, mean and not good people

Horrible service. We have contacted them 13 times over the past two months and cannot get any type of a reply. We still have no answer on our final preparation and have not signed to have anything submitted almost two months after taxes are due. They have no regard for their clients and have no communication. We will not be using them ever again.
Been using for 5 years never had an issue. They make taxes as painless as possible. Highly recommend.
