Receptionist is rude
Received a letter stating a debt was owed which had already been paid. Called to confirm that they were aware that debt was already paid to original debtor. Jeff was completely rude and unprofessional, making continued references to past eviction filings that were dismissed without prejudice, which had nothing to do with the current situation that I had called about. I rented the most dilapidated and disgusting apartment I have ever been inside of. 129 w Hendricks apt 3. 22 months they evicted me over a pending charge I have still not even been to trial over. Guilty until proven innocent. The condition of that 125 year old house is disgusting and dangerous. The maintenance vendors they hire are lying unskilled jack leg labor.
