Sandia Vista has been a miracle for our family. The staff is wonderful, especially Erica who made the moving in process easy and pleasant, and has followed up daily to make sure that mom is comfortable. The prices are surprisingly affordable considering that it’s like an all-inclusive cruise ship experience, with 24-hour maintenance on site. At 87, it wasn’t safe for mom to live on her own. This has been a wonderful place for my dad. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are a lot of different activities to accommodate diverse tastes and needs. When my stepmother passed away while living there, one of the staff members sat with my dad until I could get there. It is such a supportive community.
We made a list of 3 senior living communities to visit for my sister, in August 2025. Sandia Vista was the first on the list and we didn't waste our time looking further. Absolutely everything you could want in a community living situation... nice clean rooms, beautiful community spaces, excellent food, transpiration, extensive and consistent social activities.
