I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the Halo laser treatment I received for acne scarring. The procedure was performed incorrectly, resulting in permanent scarring across my face. Following the treatment, I was met with conflicting and unprofessional responses from the provider, who alternately dismissed my injury as a rash, insisted the outcome was normal and compared it to her own healing, and later claimed the procedure should have been delayed until my acne had cleared. I’ve been doing ‘Tox with Tanya’ for a couple years now. I always have a flawless experience from the front desk to the time I check out. NP Tuggle is a pro and a great, personal, and professional clinician. 5 stars all the way around for her and the staff!!
