I’ve consistently been impressed with this facility each time I visit. It is always clean and well-maintained. The staff are welcoming, kind, and create a warm environment. The social worker and admissions team are both exceptional—responsive, compassionate, and professional. The nursing staff clearly love what they do and genuinely care about their patients. It’s evident that the team here is dedicated to providing high-quality care.
The facility is one of the cleanest I've visited in Albuquerque. It also smelt great. The staff is very attentive. I was impressed.
The nicest of all the Albuquerque Genesis facilities. Staff super friendly. My friend that lives there is very happy and says the food is great as well.
