When I saw the reviews, I was a little nervous! I spoke with several employees once my family member moved in. Everyone has been kind and polite! Helpful! The receptions there are the best! They go above & beyond! The nurses call whenever there is an issue or concern. I found out there isn't anyone there on weekends to answer the phones so it's a little harder to connect.
