I recently had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with this company while trying to close on a vacant land purchase. Unfortunately, the inside sales supervisor was quite unhelpful and even wrongly accused me of certain issues, which led to a lot of unnecessary stress. I had to escalate the matter to his manager to get any resolution. On top of that, they also appraised the wrong property, and the entire process took two months to close, which is quite excessive. Ive recently had a less than satisfactory experience here. The Mortgage officer I worked with was non responsive which reflects on this financial institution and their policies towards potential business. I was sent to my mortgage officer by a builder I wanted to work with, and when the conversation shifted in a different direction that serves my interest first over the builder's I was ignored, and communication stopped by this person I was working with, although there were plenty of strategies we can apply to make my deal w... read more
Great quick and efficient customer service!
Rude inefficient and unprofessional. It was much better when it was SLFCU. Are there better Credit Unions in the Albuquerque area. Oh and forget the Rio Grande location, it’s a total joke, they tell you to go online. I don’t want to see the branch manager messing around on Facebook when I walk in.
