Have banked there for 35 years. They have continually gone downhill in the past few years. I have recommended multiple people and businesses to them and unfortunately, they all are extremely unhappy as well. Definitely closing all my accounts for good this week.
went to use my card Sunday to get gas and it came up as lost or stolen.... no 24 hour customer service...... now I'm stuck 40 miles from home......
I haven't had an active line of credit with SLFCU for over 30 years and starting two weeks ago I started getting all these mailings about my zero balance. After getting 6 I contacted the CU and they said that's what management wanted. I have gotten 4 more since then and today, my wife and I got 18. Postage is 38 cents each, more than my checking interest this month and who knows how much wasted paper, envelopes, and printing costs. The screwed up my account and then blamed me for it making me pay them 540$ that i do not have I’m barely scraping by. They messed up and now I have to pay for it screw Sandia.
SLFCU updates their systems on a 3 day weekend? This place is a joke. Can’t see anything in my account. Word of advice. Do your updates on weekends not extended weekends. This bank ruined my holiday. Nusenda here I come
