The way they treat members on the phone and in person has gone downhill the last two years. It’s like they could care less about the individual. They are just another corporate style business. Sorry to be a member anymore.

Does not protect people from duplicate transactions, went back and forth over 4 days before 2nd transaction was somewhat resolved, no over draft fees were refunded even though app is not reliable for true balance, a supervisor revoked authorization on a debit card payment knowing that would do absolutely nothing for me.. just all around awful.. going back to Wells Fargo
I had an rv loan. my husband passed away so they froze the account. they still took the payment for the loan but reported to the credit bureau that it wasnt there. Now after I have paid off the loan that was put into my name only, the title arrives with my deceased husbands name on it. Now I have to get his name off of it in order to sell this rv. I sure didn't change my last name on anything on tis account because I had no idea what they would have done with that. The credit bureau still shows 2 rv loans at this bank for th... read more
