I came to taos from out of state. Both my hearing aids died/broke. Fletcher took them and tried to repair them despite his not carrying the Oticon brand. He was gentle, insightful, and patient. He is so good that I’d contact him for any hearing aid problem. He may not be able to fix it but he really tries a lot of options. The other hearing aid person in town dismissed me without looking at my hearing aids and basically dismissed me.
