Amended this review to four stars instead of one because they reached out to fix what was wronged. Awful service. I’ve never met more incompetent people. You would think someone who works at a bank would be able to read. I would not trust these people with your money.

I wanted to sit down with a customer service person about opening an account and ask some questions about the auto loan my dealership arranged through them. I will check about transferring my loan to another CU. I'm sorry I put them out so much.
I closed my account and they keep my 5$ in my saving that I was told I’ll get back when I closed my account so sad that they keeping ppl money smh never again ………….
