This bank is horrible! You have only 6 transfers per month on the mobile app. They like to charge overdraft fees, even if you have enough money in one account they didn't transfer it over to help keep you from getting overdraft fees. They only forgive 2 overdraft fees a month. They just like to take your money. I'm done banking here!
Terrible customer service. As a new resident of Santa Fe, I opened an account here in April 2023, with the intent to get a car loan. However, the initial rate I was quoted went up by 2% when it was time for the actual car purchase, so I ended up using USAA for my auto loan. As a result, I ended up not using the account, as all my banking is done through a national credit union. So, I went to Sandia Federal CU today to close my account. AVOID USING THIS BANK especially if you spend any time away from Albuquerque. Their mobile deposit holds are inconsistent, they block debit use even in contiguous states, and smaller account balances for some reason creates issues for trying to add money to the account? Not a bank for you unless you’re part of the upper class it seems.
