I’ve been a loyal member here for years with multiple accounts and paid-off car loans, but I’ve officially closed everything. I brought my elderly uncle in to open a checking and savings account and requested a private room because he is hard of hearing and didn’t want to shout his personal info in the lobby. The teller was rude, and the branch manager was even worse, refusing to let us close the door for privacy regarding his Social Security number. Total lack of respect for seniors. Besides Jonathan being my favorite person to work with Sandia has helped me with 2 vehicle loans and a credit card. With the best rates and service i highly recommend Sandia Area Federal Credit Union. And will continue to send everyone i know their way if they want to bank with a bank that’s honest professional and kind.
