I have called on several times about not getting any alerts. They assure me everytime that it should work. I stayed on hold waiting for a manager to call me to complain but they resfuse to let me complain about my issue so yeah one star. If you fix my issue I may change to 3 stars.
I’ve been a loyal member here for years with multiple accounts and paid-off car loans, but I’ve officially closed everything. I brought my elderly uncle in to open a checking and savings account and requested a private room because he is hard of hearing and didn’t want to shout his personal info in the lobby. The teller was rude, and the branch manager was even worse, refusing to let us close the door for privacy regarding his Social Security number. Total lack of respect for seniors. One name. (Jonathan). Every time i go to Sandia in Santa Fe i ask for him immediately. Besides Jonathan being my favorite person to work with Sandia has helped me with 2 vehicle loans and a credit card. With the best rates and service i highly recommend Sandia Area Federal Credit Union. And will continue to send everyone i know their way if they want to bank with a bank that’s honest professional and kind. I know this is my second review but i had to just because i just love working with Jonathan and Sandia so much.
