I recently requested to reduce the interest on my car loan. I was greeted by miss Maria Arroyos. She assisted by explaining the process, prepared all of the paperwork. I was very impressed with her performance and professionalism. She explained that the process would take a day or more but that I could Docusign once approved. I have called on several times about not getting any alerts. They assure me everytime that it should work. I stayed on hold waiting for a manager to call me to complain but they resfuse to let me complain about my issue so yeah one star. If you fix my issue I may change to 3 stars.
