Worst credit union. Poor service when you call or text. Unreasonable charges. Online banking is ridiculous too. The only reason we are keeping our credit card open is due to length of credit (for our 800 credit score). Otherwise we would close the cc account. And the only reason we still have a savings account with Sandia Area is bc apparently you have to have one to keep the cc account open. I filled out a survey on Sandia Wyoming location and recivied a call back from manager wanting to know why my survey comments were not high. Shouldn't these surveys be confidential. So don't fill them out.
This bank is the most useless branch out of all the branches they have, can’t even be bothered to help members out when they don’t have there account information to deposit checks
