Completely unprofessional. I required assistance with a simple tax matter and Sarb Sandhu said they would be able to assist. They even asked me for my documents and explanation of my case. Once I explained the case, they simply responded back saying too much work had come in and they cannot assist. It was very rude and unexpected especially considering they said they would be able to assist in the beginning.

Helped me get all caught up on my taxes. Had backlog of years of taxes to do, they guided me through the whole process and helped with my RRSP deductions. Will come back again. Worked with Mandeep mainly and Harman helped too, they were great!
