This was My 1st experience with a bank in 20 yrs and it was wonderful. A bank team member was quick to notice my awkwardness and approached me with a smile and cheerful voice, she then lead me to her office where she continued to set up my new account explaining all my options and letting me know I could call her no matter what the issue . So I am now a proud member of The Citizens Bank. Thank you Debbie Hite for an amazing job !
