The lady Trish is a terrible human being.! Lacks empathy and the knowledge to run a park. My dad passed away. And I called weeks in advance to try and figure out Wht needed to be done. Instead of informing me with Wht I needed. she gave me bare minimum . Failed to mention late fees and stop payment fees. When some1 dies u have to close the account and because of that the payment was stopped. I now owe over a 100 in fees cuz she failed to mention anything about them. We are working with Mayra, to lease. She's been great very helpful and quick. Impressed on how clean it is inside sandhill shores it's like a little diamond in the rough on the Savannah's excited about living there soon.
Been an amazinggg move in experience thank you to Samantha!!! and maintenance is amazing. im so happy i moved in to savanna ridge- which is owned by the people of sandhill shores i just cant leave reviews on it yet lol. Shout out to Mayra for starting us in the process and shout out to samantha for keeping up with the craziness of a new community!
