I cannot emphasise enough how VERY poor the service has been. Very poor communication. No pro active service just purely reactive. Very slow to process transactions. Conveyancer often absent and us not advised so enquiries have gone weeks unanswered without our knowledge. One sale on property fell through. Only advised by estate agent.
