Came in with a grade 2 hamstring strain that had been bothering me starting early January. Went in for about 6-7 sessions with Michael, and felt tremendous after those! He got me right in no time, he knows his stuff for sure! If you want to get back to the field or just get the best rehab for your injury in the Southlake/Colleyville/Grapevine area, Michael at SandersFit is the guy to ask for!

Super helpful and efficient front office. Physical therapist, Michael, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Facility is amazing; plenty of machines, cages and weights to help any and every area of rehab, including blood flow restriction.
I've been going to Sandersfit Rehab in Southlake for a while now and I've loved my experience with Michael. He's been great at getting me back to playing my sport.
I have been to multiple different Physical Therapy companies and by far Sanders Fit is the best. I’ve been going here ever since I had knee surgery and have been ahead in my recovery time greatly.
