I am new to Bamberg and asked Conrad to recommend a good block,brick and concrete man. I used the man he recommended. When the framer started to build the deck the block wall foundation and piers were 4 inches out of square. The man came and took down about 3/4 of the block and did not build it back like it was originally and it is unsatisfactory to the building inspector.
