My elderly parent has lived at Sander's Glen for the past nine years. They changed over to a different management company during 2023. Since then quality of the care and food have been on downward trends. While their room and board rates have increased at an accelerated pace. Last year, they increased the rates 5% (the Social Security COLA was 3.2%). This year, they're increasing the rates over 9.6% (the SS COLA will be 2.5%).
