Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional accountant I have ever met in my 30 years of dealing with this profession. I had an appointment to meet with Scott and he was on the phone so I was greeted by another person, whose name I didn't catch. When questioned/interrogated by the person with a serious Napoleon complex , I tried to explain what I was looking for and misstated what I needed.
