Kinesiologist Tim, was amazing at finding where and why some muscles are not working or over working, if you are having discomfort working out go see Tim
Condescending behaviour from staff around mental health, the appointment was rescheduled 2 times and the trainer was still late, waited for half hour and left after no response. I can’t believe they have such high ratings just because of Daniel because other than that everything seemed like a dreadful experience.

I had an amazing experience when I came into the clinic to see Jaffy the physio therapist!! Him as well as the environment is so welcoming and I look forward to coming in again!
