Was not helping at all. Micheal Redmond helped me so well. Then I had to contact Missouri. So I reached to these people first it was a Ai. Then when I got to a person it was a lady not helpful at all. The same thing micheal Redmond did checking my background over phone. These people insist that I go 20miles to the police Department. Kept trying to rush me off the phone. I wish Micheal Redmond could do Kansas and Missouri I refer to any one he makes life so easy. After encountering these people, I appreciate him much more.
