First, I will start by saying if I could give them 1 star I would. I ordered 36 chicks from Sandhill Preservation months ago. Their communication is terrible and you will only hear from them weeks after you send in your order and only by snail mail. When I received my order 6 chicks died within 24 hours. Plus my order for 25 mixed chicks was totally mixed up with the breeds I specifically order, even though the box had partitions, so I have no idea what breed is what. My order of corn, watermelon, and squash seeds. arrived about under about month, this was the only place that seemed to have an old dent corn variety called (pride of saline) which was an white dent corn, but they only had the yellow pride of saline. But still it's better than not having that variety. Thanks to sandhill preservation center I could acquire this variety.
Chicks from them have always been healthy and have more vigor. Great people to work with.
