I love visiting Sanctum and always find the staff extremely professional, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s always incredibly clean and so aesthetically beautiful inside. So sweet they offer you a collagen water or tea on arrival!! I drive an hour to travel to come here for appointments and more than happy to do that for the experience. Beautiful people, everyone made me feel so comfortable! I did the vascular laser and it wasn’t too bad pain wise, they gave me a squishy ball to play with which was very considerate. They washed my face before the treatment and then applied sunscreen after which I’ve never had at another clinic before which I thought was so lovely. There’s parking spots out the front, it wasn’t as hard to find as I thought it was (I’m new to Launceston). All the staff I met were so lovely and knowledgeable! I’ve been going to sanctum for years now. Holly is a lovely angel, I’ve always felt so comfortable with her! Very knowledgeable and have never felt pressured for additional services I wouldn’t want or need. I always recommend to friends and family. Love it, and beautiful building also!
