I did the 90 minute massage and left feeling so much better than when I went in! Louise is incredibly good at her job and I could not recommend her enough. She was able to identify issues I was having and work on them with various techniques- I was so impressed when she was able to solve my neck/ shoulder problem! Genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Thanks again Louise.

Very rude on the phone while trying to make an appointment with a $100 voucher I was gifted while staying in mission for 3 nights. Said I should have known she is booked weeks in advance, I had no issue and politely asked about the possibility of a refund. She said no I was fine with this I understood the situation, she continued to talk down to me looking for an argument, had to hang up would rather loose the money then listen any longer. Would not recommend reiki from that energy.
Very rude and hard to deal with while trying to book an appointment. Looked for an argument instead of being helpful - negative energy
