Very rude on the phone while trying to make an appointment with a $100 voucher I was gifted while staying in mission for 3 nights. Said I should have known she is booked weeks in advance, I had no issue and politely asked about the possibility of a refund. She said no I was fine with this I understood the situation, she continued to talk down to me looking for an argument, had to hang up would rather loose the money then listen any longer. Would not recommend reiki from that energy.

Cannot recommend enough! I seen Louise today as I was stopping through Mission Beach and I’m so glad I did. I don’t think I have ever felt this calm, light and relaxed. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you so, so much for what you do! I hope I can make it back sometime soon ☺️
