I received a large hamper gift box a year ago with a sanctum cleanser inside. I have been buying their products ever since. It’s the only cleanser I have found that soothes my skin and leaves it feeling fresh. Their moisturisers don’t feel greasy and don’t leave skin feeling tacky. The baby products are amazing and a part of our nightly routine, the baby moisturiser smells beautiful!

I recently opened a bottle of tone and refresh mist to find that the spray pump wasn't functioning. I contacted customer service to have the product replaced, however they refused. I found their response rude and disappointing. I like their products, however I find the pumps and sprays are often faulty.
I have been using the shampoo since 2018, and recommended it to my friends and they loved the conditioner, amazing produce and environment friendly packing. Today the original packaging Sanctum products are on sale while stocks still last, I would have bought as many as I could, but unfortunately I've decided to go plastic free, I do my best for the environment, zero waste is almost impossible but I will try.
