I booked a NeuroCalm Touch massage—a new service that Brenda just started offering. It did more for my nervous system than acupuncture has in over a decade of attending practitioner appointments like this. This is a service I will be keeping in rotation to help me soothe my nervous system from the chronic overstimulation of today's world. I left feeling physiologically balanced in my body, and emotionally balanced in my heart. 10/10 recommend.
