I am feeling absolutely lavished and deeply cared for after a visit with Tracey. Every detail of my experience was thoroughly thought out, and executed with exquisite expertise! Arriving to Sanctuary Spa is an experience in and of itself. The"Moroccan Chic decor feels absolutely divine, with its deep, rich jewel tones, gold and bronze accents. It was my first facial and it was amazing. 10/10 would come back. She was so nice and everything was perfect.
My 16 year old daughter and I came to Syracuse for a day of shopping and a wonderful spa experience. We each had our first facial. Tracy explained about the products she would use and was very conscientious about my daughter’s sensitive skin and any medical conditions we might have. Tracy was friendly and welcoming. While I waited for my daughter’s facial, the atmosphere was very warm, inviting and relaxing. I would definitely come back when in Syracuse!
