This place treats the seniors like crap. My parents have lived there 6 years and was never late on their rent and are in their upper 70’s and the landlord decides she’s not going to renew their lease without an explanation. They refuse to put safety handles in the bathroom. If you call and say there’s an issue with something she’ll tell you she’ll send someone out but if they don’t find a problem they charge you for the service call. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Since the new manager has taken over it has went to hell. She allows her tenants to assault other tenants without any consequences, allows other tenants small dogs to attack other people and other dogs without any consequences. She illegally charges for fees that she shouldn't be charging. When confronted on things she then retaliates on her tenants. She has raised rent without proper notice to her tenants just this year.
