Great place to live!
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Since the new manager has taken over it has went to hell. She allows her tenants to assault other tenants without any consequences, allows other tenants small dogs to attack other people and other dogs without any consequences. She illegally charges for fees that she shouldn't be charging. When confronted on things she then retaliates on her tenants. She has raised rent without proper notice to her tenants just this year.
