Sanctuary have really gone downhill over the years. Ive been with Sanctuary since 2021, started off great with Consultants that really looked after me, Joe, Chloe M & Jess to name a few. Recently ive been let down by Shabbo due to him not delivering on what was promised and Alex, not understanding my situation fully. I would have appreciated a little more understanding and support for staff like me who always face the clients. It felt like they tried to keep me in a position longer to cleary benefit them, not me.
