I can’t recommend the foot detoxes enough. I have gone in multiple times for them and felt a deep cleanse in the natural flow of my body. They have helped with body and head aches due to heavy physical demands of my job, and reprieves from a couple nasty hangovers after a night out. The sound bathes are also a great addition to these if you have the time! :)
Love SIWC! I regularly visit for a sound table session followed by a massage. The sound table (I usually do the organ tune up session) helps me relax so I’m able to maximize the massage session. I have also done the sound table sessions on their own when I was short for time or unable to do a massage (my husband sometimes hijacks my appointments when he’s a mess…he doesn’t follow my maintenance plan). My husband and I see Kylie Beagle on a regular basis for massage therapy. Kylie does an amazing job at incorporating stretching into the massage which has proven immediate pain and muscle tension relief. We are grateful to have found such a comfortable and beneficial place in the Sanctuary of Integration Wellness Center in Union, KY.
