While in my last month of pregnancy I tripped on their stairs because the stairs was just falling apart inland I had showed the worker about they said it was due to people still walking on it while it was being walked on. And not only that but they told me to get rid of the videos and pictures of not I would not be able to stay in the shelter which is concerning. The 211 line and dss and weren’t helpful but I am going to be reporting to the commissioner office

I do not recommend them they give you three different stories or more about their expectations within 24 to 36 hours Yes the place is warm but I would not really trust them One staff member has already totally lost my trust and the other one is about to lose it

Me and my mother stayed here before we got a apartment and we hate it here. The peoples kids pick on other kids and it's to much.

Very petty people in the office and asking me to leave without doing anything, since I get the shelter they get frustrated and I don't know why. Try to control people but they can't control themselves and they feelings.
