I absolutely love Sanctuary house, I’ve been going now for about 7 years. Julia’s massage and reflexology treatments are so relaxing. The serene surroundings let you melt away and switch your brain off for an hour. I decided to try something different recently and booked in for a facial. Rachael’s gentle massage techniques left me feeling refreshed and relaxed - she also gave me a couple of samples to take away. I’ll definitely be back!

Julia is so welcoming and puts you completely at ease. The best reflexology treatments - really thorough and relaxing. Would highly recommend!!

I've been visiting Sanctuary House for several years and can't rate it highly enough. The minute you walk in, you feel so welcome and you get a sense of being in a real retreat/sanctuary from the outside world. It's dark, warm and cosy inside. My favourite treatment is a signature full body aromatherapy massage with Julia. She is a real expert and includes reiki and reflexology in the routine as well as advice and a tailored blend of good quality essential oils to support how I am feeling or what I need at each visit.
