We've had numerous pieces of work over several years through Sanctuary. Kev and the team are brilliant and have always done amazing work. Really friendly bunch who take pride in their work, and take really good care of their customers. I'm happy to highly recommend them and will be going back to them in the new year for another window. Fantastic team.
Great company! We have recently purchased a property that is a full renovation job. Sanctuary Home improvements have just completed installing 8 upvc windows, a composite front door, a pvc side door and French doors at the rear. The quality of the products is 2nd to none and they look amazing! Kevin & Bob went above and beyond, they're a great team and delivered an excellent service. Fully recommended.

We had our front windows and doors replaced a few years ago and have never had any trouble with them so when it came to needing a new window on the back of the house as well as new soffits and facias we were more than happy to use Kev and his team again! We were booked in swiftly and the jobs were completed in just a few days. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they left everything clean and tidy! Would highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing customer service and aftercare. My mum called to have a leak repaired at 9:30 this morning. Kevin had been out and repaired it (and fixed a door) before 11:00am. He even remembered her from when the conservatory was first put in over 6 years ago. A++ service.. A++ aftercare.. Awesome man . Thank you !
