Clean and neat lobby area. Too expensive for the quality of service. I had a spa package gift and was disappointed as there was no aroma in the room, The massage included just cold lotion applied to the body followed by ice cubes and hot stone. I would have appreciated a warning during the switches as it was more of shock with the cold and hot. The massage was just application of lotion mostly. Although you have to book an appointment time, they don’t run on schedule and as a result we waited an extra 25 mins after our scheduled appointment time to start our appointment
Really friendly people. Very clean and calming :)
I just had a massage with Bailey and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! The environment was so beyond relaxing, and Bailey did an excellent job with the pressure in tense areas. She was super sweet and easy to talk to, and i’ll definitely book again with her!
