Great spot for a facial
As a loyal Sanctuary Spa customer, I was genuinely surprised to see any negative reviews. My experience has always been exceptional. The team is warm, kind, and welcoming, and their customer service is consistently outstanding. They always make me feel valued and take the time to ensure I have a great experience. Sanctuary Spa is truly an amazing place, and I can't recommend it highly enough!
Jaspreet, at the front desk was incredibly condescending. Wasn’t providing any details about services, refused to assist in accommodating my sister plugging in her phone to charge while she wait, didn’t provide pricing information, and despite offering to pay 100% percent, refused to allow us to proceed with a booking without providing her the numbers on the front and back of the credit card , a massive security risk. I came in with back pain and I chose to continue suffering than book the massage at that point.
Went today to get an ear wax. A little pricey but thought what the heck they are near my house. Went in...very nice. Came home after the waxing and saw hair on my ears., Not Happy.
