They messed up with my returning; they didn't refund on the correct items, and charged me more than it should be. I sent my claim, and their response was lack of respect and unprofessional; they sent me a copy of "proof" showing their stuff made circles on received items, and it was wrong. I sent them the photo of the item I kept, proving my claim. I understand that we all make errors, but it's not right that there was no apology for an error they made.
