Absolutely horrible place! My Aunts nurse was named Star and she gave my Aunt the wrong medications, she was incredibly rude and rarely gave my aunt any care because I guess Star had better things to do like stand around! My Aunt died here a few days later. If you want to live, do not go here! However, if you want a B of a nurse who will give you the wrong medications, won’t give you any care whatsoever and will give you nothing but attitude, then feel free to go here and personally request Star! RecommendedMy Mom has been a patient there for a couple years and loves all the staff there! They go above and beyond for the residents...my Dad visited a lot of nursing homes and choose Holy Cross for my Mom!!!
amazing staff and management great place to work
Heartbreaking to watch elderly sit in feces for hours without being changed . Call button that no one answers . You could eat better at McDonald’s. So where is all of the money going ? It’s not cheap to have a loved one there .
the people who work for you are kind and passionate and passionate and professional with a heart and REALLY respect their patients needs. my stay was very nice and comfortable. I thank you for your compassion and support while I was there !!.
Would never recommend this place after all the trouble a dear friend is having with care for her Mother! Horrible horrible care!
