Horrible experience! I've never written a review, but I had such a horrible experience that I just had to warn others to stay away from this place. I wish you were could give them -5 stars! Do not go to this wannabe tax service office. Florence made a mistake on my taxes, and when I pointed out the mistake she yelled at me and blamed me in front of customers! Somehow it was my fault!!
