Sanchez Law, is by one of the best real estate firms I have worked with. I am a releatate agent with close to a decade of experience and Sanchez Law is always one of the first real estate firms I mention to my clients. The team really goes above and beyond for their clients, respond within a timely manner and ensure my clients get the most out from their home purchases and sales.
They get one star because if your goal is to close on a house they will push this for you but zero stars for anything else. Look out for your own interests because they are only looking out for theirs which is to make money. Do not recommend the attorneys especially Sergio.
Sanchez Law made my wife and I feel confident and safe in our first time home buying experience. A little pricier than other lawyers but worth it for the security and consistent communication. We mostly worked with Jennifer the paralegal who was always prompt with communication, helpful with our questions and kind in her responses. Carlos was there when we needed him for the critical conversations and we ended up with a 30,000 dollar reduction in the sale of the home plus a 15,000 closing cost credit.
