The guys were great, my Samsung phone faulty with failed WiFi and failed Blue tooth.Took phone in at 14:45 on Sunday afternoon and they did a repair within an hour. They also helped me sort phone from my previous factory reset. The Sanbei guys were really helpful and at a good price. I recommend them highly.

My phone just died completely and I had to take it in. I was very hopeful about the shop but soon learned that their customer service is shocking. Every time I wanted information or updates about my phone, I was told they would get back to me, this happened for almost 3 weeks! No emails no calls. The phone was given back to me they as they couldn't fix it, which is fair enough. But the screen protector was then cracked and the phone was filthy. Definitely would never go back there for anything.
