If I could give leave more than 5 stars I would. I needed a new washer and dryer and I was helped by a young man named Luke. He was so patient and helpful from start to finish. I even changed my mind on the dryer and he helped me do that with a "not a problem attitude". Sanatoga Appliances for the Win !!! So much nicer to deal with a small business rather than the big box stores.
Great service, great experience! My refrigerator stopped working & needed to be replaced, so I ordered one from a chain stating quick delivery, that was subsequently canceled the morning it was supposed to be delivered, so I ordered another one from another chain that was delivered damaged, so we couldn’t accept it. Sanatoga Corp offers fair pricing and excellent service. The delivery experience was as good as the service in the store. If you live within their service area Pottstown / Collegeville, this is where I recommend you buy your major appliances. Sales Reps Craig and Connie are terrific!
First time customers there but wished we had been going there for years. Now retired we have had numerous unpleasant experiences with other appliance shops and big box stores over the years. Excellent sales help and advice, on time and professional delivery and installation!
