Bought a dent and scratch laundry center and unfortunately the machine has not been properly functioning since we’ve received it. I understand that it’s the responsibility of the manufacturer to make repairs, but I do feel like Sanatoga is responsible for ensuring that their dent and scratch items are only cosmetically imperfect, not entirely defective machines. It’s been 2 months of back and forth and this is still ongoing.
I purchased a washer/dryer from Sanatoga Corp 14 months ago. The computer in the washing machine died. It was 60 days past the warranty. Our repairman from Appliance Repair and Brian from Sanatoga Corp reached out to the manufacturer and got them to provide the parts at no cost. One of the parts was on back order and Sanatoga Corps offered and provided a loaner washing machine while we waited for the part (which took a few weeks). I was stunned at the customer service. They destroyed big box store pricing. We ordered our GE Profile range Saturday and they installed it Friday. I wish I was privy to these guys 10 appliances ago.

I received exceptional customer service from Brian (one of the owners). I ordered a cooktop from Lowe’s during Black Friday sales. When Lowe’s third party installer came, he said I needed to order a kit to frame the cooktop. While looking for this “kit” the 48 hour window to return the cooktop expired. Brian, although he didn’t sell me a cooktop, offered me solutions at no profit to him.
