Our experience was great from the time we walked in and discussed our need for a refrigerator with Bill until we left just after Rick loaded the refrigerator onto our trailer. We were able to secure a refrigerator that fits our nook and that we both liked on the day that we needed it without waiting for a delivery two days later like the big home centers and it was cheaper becauseit was a recentlydiscontinued model.This was our first time here, but it won't be our last. Fantastic experience with Sanatoga Appliance! My landlord said shopping for the right sized dryer and setting up delivery was a breeze. The delivery team was fast and very courteous with a high attention to detail. The new dryer was installed correctly and old one taken out with no damage to walls.
Just wanted to share positive feedback. I had the best experience. They were able to order a stove part for me that was affordable and went above and beyond to help.
Bought a dent and scratch laundry center and unfortunately the machine has not been properly functioning since we’ve received it. I understand that it’s the responsibility of the manufacturer to make repairs, but I do feel like Sanatoga is responsible for ensuring that their dent and scratch items are only cosmetically imperfect, not entirely defective machines. It’s been 2 months of back and forth and this is still ongoing.
