Sanatoga Corp offers fair pricing and excellent service. The delivery experience was as good as the service in the store. If you live within their service area Pottstown / Collegeville, this is where I recommend you buy your major appliances. Sales Reps Craig and Connie are terrific!
First time customers there but wished we had been going there for years. Now retired we have had numerous unpleasant experiences with other appliance shops and big box stores over the years. Excellent sales help and advice, on time and professional delivery and installation!
The Sunday before Thanksgiving, our oven died while making dinner. We host 15 - 20 people each year Thanksgiving day. Monday morning we called Sanatoga Appliance to see if getting a new range was even a possibility. Brian said if you can make it in today, we'll get it installed before Thanksgiving. Dishwasher went on Monday and Brian and his team were able to send me numerous options in the color I was looking for that would be available within a day. Our new dishwasher was installed by the Sanatoga Appliance team and they took the old one away.
Great store for buying a quality appliance. The staffing at this store were very courteous, very helpful, and we made a purchase with no doubts about the quality of the merchandise.
